To create this gif, i filmed a small video of me doing a movement. I then uploaded this too photoshop and went onto 'window' then 'timeline' and cut down the frames to the amount i wanted, which i have only used 4. I then went to my layers and added another one above each frame layer, this i so i could draw on top of the image, i did this buy using the eye dropper tool, this helped me get a more accurate colour. I went on to draw over the top of my frames layer by layer. After i completed this, removed all background images, leaving just the rotoscoped layers then added another layer underneath to give the white background.
